Payment Terms

Upon full payment for development services, you will own the intellectual property rights to custom software, applications, and designs created specifically for your project, excluding our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

- Our proprietary development tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- General knowledge, skills, and experience gained during projects
- The right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio (with your permission)
Third-Party Rights
We respect third-party intellectual property rights and expect our clients to do the same. You are responsible for ensuring that any content, materials, or requirements you provide do not infringe on third-party rights.
Confidentiality
We understand the importance of protecting your confidential information. We commit to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information
- Use confidential information solely for providing our services
- Implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data
- Sign separate NDAs when required for specific projects
Limitation of Liability

Termination
Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Termination procedures and responsibilities will be detailed in project-specific agreements.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We will deliver completed work components and return client materials as specified in the agreement.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably and efficiently:
